Through the Website, customers can browse and purchase natural body oils, massage oils and wellness-related products (“the Products”). Your access to the Website constitutes your agreement to comply with these Terms & Conditions (“the Terms”).
By using or continuing to use the Website, placing an order, or clicking “agree” where available, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using the Website immediately.
Placing an order through the Website constitutes an offer to purchase Products. MEDIOO reserves the right to accept or decline any order. Product descriptions, ingredients and images are provided for general information; due to the natural characteristics of ingredients (including EMU oil), variations in colour, texture or natural solidification may occur and do not constitute defects.
Products are delivered through third-party logistics providers (“Delivery Partners”). Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Risk of loss passes to you upon dispatch. If damage or loss occurs during transit, you must contact the Delivery Partner directly and notify MEDIOO so we may review service performance.
MEDIOO may accept returns within 30 days of purchase provided the Product is unopened, unused and in original saleable condition.
Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method after inspection.
Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return unless required by the Australian Consumer Law (“ACL”).

The mediator’s professional fees shall be shared equally; and
Each party shall bear its own legal, administrative, and preparation costs associated with the mediation process.
This clause does not prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interlocutory relief from a court where reasonably necessary.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Any dispute arising from the Website or Products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Victorian courts.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
